Local Appetites

The oldest is an enthusiastic and adventurous eater, happy to try unfamiliar cuisines, curious to taste new flavors, eager to venture into new restaurants.

The youngest launches investigations into the ingredients and preparations of familiar dishes as if he's a guest judge on Top Chef, gives new dishes the stink-eye, then rejects nearly everything with a polite, but emphatic, "No, thank you, Mommy."

Go figure.

Imprints for Families is excited to welcome Dr. Joseph A. Skelton, MD as the keynote for the 2010 Pasta for Parenting luncheon scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 30th noon-1:30 at the Old Salem Visitor Center-Gray Auditorium (900 Old Salem Road).
