Personally, I love this house on Keprechian for the sheer whimsy. This is the house just off Reynolda, and visible from it, with an exterior of stucco embedded with shells, a sandcastle in the city, a folly from the seaside. The wall on Reynolda needs a good wash, but otherwise, I swear it glitters in the sunlight.
I'm amused by the listing's description of this house as combination Cape Cod and French Provincial. I guess the shells are from Cape Cod, because this is what a Cape Cod style entails architecturally.
If I'm driving past the Keprechian house and I have someone in the car with me, I always point it out. Inevitably people either love it or hate it.
Myself, I love it.
