This is the third summer that the oldest has gone to a weeklong summer camp at Sawtooth. As always, there was a reception at the end of the Friday session with an exhibit of the student works for friends and family to ooh and ahh over. As always, my favorite bit is seeing how each child interprets the week's theme on a t-shirt.
At right, find the oldest's take on "A High-Flying Affair", which to him meant intergalactic craft whizzing about. They also made space saucer sculptures, rockets, kites, and clay birdhouses.
He begged and pleaded, and so he'll go back half-days another week later this summer.
